The College of Business Online MBA in Responsible Business is a 16-month, fully online, accelerated program that imparts a global perspective and prepares students with real-world business leadership experience.
This 30-credit program culminates in a Responsible Business capstone, an opportunity for students to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to an experiential learning project focused on social entrepreneurship.
The Online MBA in Responsible Business is delivered in a collaborative cohort model. This tight-knit program is capped at 30 students, allowing for plenty of participation and individualized learning experiences. Though the program is delivered in a 100% online format, students are engaged in case discussions with peers and faculty in an interactive environment that includes online simulations.

MBA Program Customization
The Online MBA is built around a Responsible Business curriculum that takes into consideration the Quintuple Bottom Line of Profit, People, Ethics, Equity, and Planet.
Designed around the themes of Innovation, Responsibility, and Impact, the 30-credit Online MBA in Responsible Business includes its namesake course in Responsible Business, along with courses in Communication, Organization and Responsible Leadership, Global Sustainable Business, and Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
MBA Admissions Requirements
The College of Business requires the following for admission into its Online MBA in Responsible Business:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.9 (applicants with an undergraduate GPA below 2.9 are required to complete an online interview with the Admissions Committee)
- At least 12 months of professional work experience (waived for applicants with an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher)
- GRE/GMAT NOT required
